I've actually swatched this a while ago but never got the chance to write my feelings towards it. I originally wanted to wear this and felt it was too dark for that time, so I took it off.
I have two different holographic nail polishes today: a-england's (A-E) Fated Prince and Enchanted Polish's (EP) Beautiful Rule Breaking Moth.
I painted A-E's Fated Prince on all my fingers but my ring finger because EP's Enchanted Polish was going to be my accent colour.
First about A-E's Fated Prince. Application was a dream. I remembered how buttery smooth this was, like all other A-E polishes I own. I really liked the effect and thought it was really pretty.
EP is a very difficult polish to get a hold on. It obviously has a cult following because I tried to order it on their website and even though I get notifications that there is going to be a product launch, it's all sold out by the time I get there. I bought my polish at nailpolishcanada.com and was lucky that it happened to work while I was on it. I picked up two polishes. The application of this is definitely the indie feel. It's not as smooth as A-E and I really shouldn't be comparing them but since I was applying them at the same time, I couldn't help but do so. It was also a little thicker.
Overall, if I had to pick which holographic colour to get, I would honestly say I would rather buy A-E. The colours offered are very different even though they are in the holographic category. However, the application is smoother and it seems more delicate.

Close up shot. From this angle it seems that Fated Prince's holo is shining through very well
I bought both Fated Prince and Beautiful Rule Breaking Moth at nailpolishcanada.com. a-England retails for C$13.50 for 13mL and Enchanted Polish retails for C$18.50 for 14mL. Note: When I bought my bottle, Enchanted Polish was C$16.00 for 16.50mL, which makes it C$0.97/mL, now according to the website it's C$18.50 for 14mL, which makes it C$1.32/mL. Wow!
