I have Cirque's Fleur est Belle today. I saw this at a few other blog posts and decided to pick it up. It's exclusive only to Mei Mei Signatures which is a website in Singapore. They ship internationally though. This is a limited edition shade and I'm not sure when it'll be take off the website. It's still currently on the website.
Thoughts
This is my first purchase from Cirque. When I first saw the swatches online, I thought this was really beautiful. I still think it's beautiful. I mean pink and gold, what's not beautiful about that? Now, I'm wondering how to wear this in real life. I wear some glitter but I don't wear that much glitter. The difference is this is a pink base with white, pink and gold glitter, it still seems a little in your face for the office environment. The other glitter that I own doesn't have a base colour, usually it's a clear colour.
The formula is pretty thick but the glitter applied pretty nicely. In my swatches I didn't do a straight up swatch of just the nail polish but I layered it over different colours. Since it has a pink base, it looks like a thick layer was applied but it isn't as thick as it seems.
My swatches do not have a top coat.

Cirque Fleur est Belle over Essie's Go Ginza
Cirque Fleur est Belle over a blue polish. I didn't write down the name, sorry.
I purchase this on Mei Mei Signatures for Singapore $17, which is roughly C$13.00.
