Today I have a pretty glitter to show you. I'm not going to go into detail about my base colours though.
The only thing was, I would prefer to wear this as a polish on top of another colour. Like a sheer effect. I knew that this wasn't a clear base and it was a tinted base colour but I thought that would be ok.
What I didn't realize was, Blush Hour dries kind of grainy. It reminded me of what I expected a Liquid Sand to be like. Also it dries kind of matte, or it looks like there is a bit of a white crystal on top? It looks more shiny after a topcoat but it is grainy.

Thinly layered on polish - 1 thin coat
Here I used Essie's Ballet Slippers (2 coats) and thinly layered 1 coat of Blush Hour. I realized that if I were to layer it like I did here, it's pretty obvious that the base is a purple sheer tint. Also, depending on how thick my coat was, it was kind of streaky in terms of the base. So if you're going to try this, I just warn you that it can happen.
Thick coat - 3 thick coats
Here I did an accent nail. On my other fingers is OPI You're Such a Buda-Pest. Here, you can kind of see how it's more like a Liquid Sand texture. It's pretty. I would recommend 2 coats of top coat if you want it really shiny. I used 1 coat here.
For myself, I feel that this polish is pretty but I was hoping it would be a similar finish/texture as Polka.com. Everyone did think my accent nail was pretty.
I bought OPI Blush Hour at Trade Secrets for C$9.99.
