Essie: Coconuts & Cocktails

Hi there!

Today I have Essie's Coconuts & Cocktails to share.  This is from the 2014 Resort Collection.  First I want to apologize for my paint job. I was painting my nails late at night and I thought I made some mistakes so I used a cotton bud to clean up around the cuticles and ended up taking off some polish.

Thoughts
I bought this as part of my Shoppers Drug Mart BOGO offer at the end of April.  I wasn't sure if I needed another nude but this had the fine shimmer that I love about Essie, so I got it.  I'm pretty happy I did.  Besides the missing parts of my paint job, I found this polish was pretty.  The shimmer is subtle but visible enough.  My skin tone is a bit darker than Coconuts & Cocktails, so I like the contrast.  I have other nude colours from Essie but I'm happy I bought this.

I wore this for three days since I painted my nails late Wednesday night and when I was doing chores on Saturday, my polish chipped off.  So, I can't comment about the chipping.

Oh look at that fine shimmer, so pretty!
