Essie Angora Cardi

Hi Everyone!

February has passed and I've been working a lot of overtime recently.  It is a busy time of year for me and I have still been painting my nails but I did take a little break.  Then I kind of cut myself and while my nails looked nice, my hands looked pretty awful.  So I didn't take any pictures of my manicures.

Last week I did my favourite mid-nail glitter look.  Simple but I think it's a bit fancy in it's own way.

Anyway, today I want to discuss Angora Cardi by Essie.

Thoughts
This colour to me is like a dusty rose.  It also somehow reminds me of the Pantone Colour of the Year Marsala.  The colour applied beautifully.  It was great in one coat but I added a second one anyway.  Note that it did chip on the second day but I'm not sure if that's only due to the way I applied it?  It was still lovely.  I think it edges on a mature look, which I'm not sure if I was going for that or not.

I like the colour, and I like the application but I'm not sure if it's nice on me.  I am considering selling this or giving it away.  There are colours that I feel that way but rarely do I mention it in a review. It photographed really nicely though, I must say.  When I looked at my fingers throughout the day, it didn't have that something that makes me want to keep it.
