Hello!
We're right at the beginning of February and it's been steadily snowing in Toronto.
I wanted to share a-England's Her Rose Adagio with you today. I bought this when the Ballerina collection came out. I was very excited but for some reason I never wore this.
When I saw pictures online, they looked so pretty. It is a very pretty colour, but I don't actually think I like this colour with my skin tone. Other than that, the formula was amazing. It was full in one coat. I added a second coat just to fill it in but I don't think it was necessarily needed. The great thing about a-England is that the formula is pretty amazing where you can paint with one coat and it's opaque. I also liked this brush better than my Saint George (where this is a bit of a cut on the side of the plastic part of the brush).
My pictures turned out pretty nice but in person, I wasn't into the colour on me. However, I think it's still a very pretty colour and the formula is very nice. Just not for me.
Basecoat: Essie First Base
Colour layer: a-England Her Rose Adagio (2 coats)
Topcoat: Essie Good to Go
Thanks for stopping by!
