At this period of time, Essie's Lady Like is probably my most favourite fall shade. It was part of the 2011 collection. Every time I wear this shade I receive compliments. I have a coworker who wanted to buy this right after seeing my nails. Again, I don't know if that matters but again it's nice to be complimented.
Thoughts
I did notice that Lady Like was very easy to apply. Even with my favourite Essie polishes, the first coat usually ends up streaky and it evens out with the second coat. Lady Like is an exception because the first coat is very even and pretty. I painted two coats just to give it that extra colour.
What I really like about Lady Like is that it's a really pretty pink-nude shade but it looks very elegant. For me, it was a nice change from the dark fall colours that I started to wear to pause and just wear this nude pink which goes pretty well with my skin tone.

I bought Lady Like when it first came out in 2011. I don't remember where I bought it, but it is still available
