OPI: Louvre me, Louvre me not

Hello!

Today I have an older polish. I looked it up and it came out in 2008 as part of the France Fall collection.  At the time I was not into salon nail polish, so I bought this sometime after.

Louvre me, Louvre me not caught my eye because I've visited Paris and this is such a different colour. What I really like about it is, it's plum with a delicate shimmer. After two coats, the shimmer isn't very noticeable, but I think it adds to the colour.

I don't remember when I bought this but I know I've had in with me for a while and I didn't wear it last year.  When I painted my nails, I wondered why I don't wear this more often. It's such a lovely shade!  It also wore pretty well.  I wore it for 5 days with minimal chipping.  The thing is, I was also using muscle cream because my shoulders hurt and usually that breaks down my nail polish, but this still held together really well.

I was able to have full opacity after two coats. I know there are a lot of similar colours to this, but I like it. I think the shimmer really brings it out but you can't tell in my picture.

I feel like this picture captured the shimmer a lot better

My pictures were taken in the morning. So, I tried to be steady? I can't help but think my camera didn't capture how beautiful this polish is.

Outside shot because I was really in love with this manicure.
